GIVINGS UPDATE – Givings total for February was £7,373 giving an acc-umulated figure of £14,080 for the first 2 months of the year against a budget of £15,000. This leaves a shortfall of £920 on the budget figure. However closer examination of the figures shows that within the February figure, two cheques for a total of £1,000 were given by members of the congregation in respect of their annual givings. If we revise the £1,000 to a sixth, £166 our total is amended to £13,246 leaving a shortfall figure of £1,754. Should this trend continue we would be looking at a shortfall to budget of £10,524.
